Coinbase Prime has launched regulated global options and perpetual futures trading for institutional clients in the US and other eligible jurisdictions, offering a unified liquidity pool accessible to both US and global traders. The new products are powered by crypto options exchange Deribit and support over 20 assets, including BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, AVAX, and HYPE. Traders can use BTC, ETH, and USDC as collateral, with Coinbase planning to expand collateral asset support over time.
