The Phemex Referral Program (the "Program") is a long-term user incentive initiative. Participants who successfully refer new users to register and trade on Phemex (the "Referrer", "you", "your" or "yours") will be eligible to receive commission on trading fees and other rewards. The program starts on December 25, 2025, with no predetermined end date. Rewards for users participating in the referral program between December 1 and December 25 will be distributed by February 5, 2026, according to the previous rules. Users participating after December 25 will receive their rewards according to the new referral commission and reward rules. Phemex ("we", "us", "our", "ours" or "Platform") reserves the right to modify this Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") or terminate the Program at its discretion where Referrers will be notified in advance through Phemex's official channels. By continuing to access the Program or to use our service related to the Program on and after any modifications become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

To be a Referrer, you must complete the Platform's KYC verifications, including but not limited to Identity Verification. The following accounts are not eligible for the Program: sub-accounts, brokers, institutional accounts, market maker accounts, accounts from restricted jurisdictions, and accounts flagged by our risk control system.

Referrers may invite friends using their unique referral link, referral code, or QR code. The Referred User (as defined below) must use this unique identifier during registration. The referral relationship cannot be added or altered after registration is completed. A Referred User can only participate in the Referral Program and one other promotional invite activity simultaneously.

The initial commission rate for new Referrers is Level 0 (15%). This rate can be increased by completing monthly referral tasks, details of which are available on the program page. Failure to meet monthly task requirements will result in a downgrade of the commission rate. Any adjustment to the commission rate applies immediately to all existing Referred Users. Commissions will cease immediately if a Referred User upgrades to a Collaborator, VIP Level 3 or higher, or any other status that disqualifies them from this Program or enrolls them in a separate commission scheme.
