REAL Finance has finalized its first securities tokenization agreement with Factori AD, an EU-regulated investment broker, marking a significant milestone in its operational use of tokenization infrastructure. This deal activates a pipeline exceeding $100 million in institutional client assets. The agreement involves tokenizing equity derivatives of Alpha Bulgaria AD on an EVM-compatible blockchain, with plans to transition to REAL Finance's dedicated Layer 1 mainnet. The pilot will test the entire process, including regulatory compliance and on-chain settlement, before scaling operations. Factori AD has committed to directing additional assets for tokenization following successful validation of the initial workflow.
