Oracle unveiled ambitious long-term financial targets at its Investor Day in Las Vegas, projecting at least $30 billion in free cash flow for fiscal 2029 and positive free cash flow beginning in the second half of fiscal 2028. The company expects to transition to self-funded growth starting in fiscal 2029. For fiscal 2030, Oracle targets total revenue exceeding $225 billion—a compound annual growth rate above 35% from fiscal 2026—along with a non-GAAP operating margin over 40% and non-GAAP EPS surpassing $21. Additional financing will be capped at $20 billion through fiscal 2030, split between $10 billion in equity and $10 billion in debt, excluding refinancing of existing obligations. The announcement defied widespread investor expectations that Oracle's free cash flow would remain negative through fiscal 2029. Shares surged as much as 9.6% following the disclosure.
