DeFi lending protocol Loopscale has reopened all vaults and restored withdrawal functionality following a freeze triggered by a security attack. The protocol confirmed that full loan management is back online, including for USDC Genesis borrowers. Withdrawals remain subject to available liquidity in the affected vaults.
