Brooklyn District Attorney's Office has dismantled a transnational cryptocurrency fraud network centered in Eastern Europe following an operation conducted last week. Law enforcement shut down 241 fraud-related websites and seized 112 servers controlled by the criminal group. The network had been operating for years, defrauding U.S. victims of tens of millions of dollars through cryptocurrency schemes. The coordinated takedown marks a significant enforcement action against cross-border crypto fraud operations targeting American investors.
