Tether Capital has made a strategic investment in AIsa, a platform enabling AI agents to access and pay for data, software, and compute services. The infrastructure integrates service access with payment processing, allowing developers to connect models, APIs, and tools through a single interface with billing in fiat or stablecoins. Enterprises can set spending limits to manage agent expenditures without managing separate subscriptions.
Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that AIsa is building essential infrastructure to grant service access and control spending as AI agents assume more tasks. The platform has already processed over 100 million transactions across 250,000 agents, providing pay-per-call access to more than 5,000 APIs and models. This investment follows Tether’s recent backing of NEURA Robotics and plans to integrate WDK and QVAC to enhance user control over funds and intelligent services.
