Tencent's Hunyuan team officially launched Hy4, the latest generation of its large language model. Compared to the Hy4 preview version, Hy4 delivers comprehensive improvements in instruction following, long-text understanding, and long-horizon agent capabilities, enabling better performance on complex real-world tasks including office collaboration, financial analysis, front-end development, and game development. Hy4 introduces visual understanding for the first time, combining deep reasoning with tool calling to handle fine-grained image processing, complex chart analysis, math problems with images, and computer operation through both graphical interfaces and command lines. The model is now available across Tencent Cloud TokenHub, WorkBuddy, CodeBuddy, Yuanbao, ima, and WeCom Smart Assistant Dayuan products.
