Securitize has added Stellar to its list of supported blockchains for real-world asset tokenization, joining existing integrations with Ethereum, Solana, and Avalanche. The company, known for issuing and managing BlackRock's BUIDL tokenized money-market fund, announced the expansion at Meridian 2026, the Stellar Development Foundation's annual conference in Lisbon.
Stellar offers fast, scalable infrastructure with built-in compliance features including customer identification (KYC), clawbacks, and sanctions screening. Franklin Templeton already operates a tokenized money market fund on the network, while MoneyGram processes daily transactions across it. Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo noted that Stellar has established the fourth-largest ecosystem for tokenized real-world assets, reflecting growing institutional demand for blockchain-based financial instruments.
