Binance has published a schedule of American Depositary Receipt (ADR) fees applicable to 25 US equity tickers on its Stock Trading platform, with record dates spanning from August 31 through September 23, 2026. Most affected stocks—including FINV, MYND, NIU, SQNS, AHG, ZLAB, ARBK, FLX, ATAT, IPHA, MNSO, SE, SIMO, DAO, IPX, DBVT, PAM, DRD, SSL, SFUNY, GRFS, PDD, MSC, and YRD—carry a fee of $0.02 per share, while BAYRY is charged $0.004 per share and both HMY and RYAAY face a $0.01 per-share deduction.
Depositary banks including Citibank, BNY Mellon, JPMorgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank impose these charges, which Binance passes through to users holding positions on the respective record dates. The platform noted that ADR fees are typically deducted approximately one month after Binance itself is charged by the depositary bank, and users who held an asset on the record date will be assessed the fee even if they have since closed their position.
Fees are automatically deducted in USDC from user accounts once payable. If insufficient balance exists at the time of deduction, outstanding amounts will be collected when funds become available, and equivalent-value assets may be temporarily frozen until payment is successfully processed.
