Avail has launched ShieldTX, a privacy tool designed for Hyperliquid traders that creates a unique wallet for each perpetual futures position. The mechanism prevents copy trading bots from linking multiple trades back to the same trader, effectively obscuring individual trading strategies.
Analysis of 332,317 wallets active on Hyperliquid over the past 30 days revealed that top traders targeted by copy bots face a median additional execution cost of 63 basis points per trade. ShieldTX stores user funds in vault contracts on Arbitrum, leveraging Avail's Nightshade zero-knowledge privacy infrastructure as its underlying technology.
The tool began private beta testing in July with 75 participants generating approximately $50 million in trading volume and creating over 3,800 wallets. ShieldTX is now open via an invite-code system, primarily targeting wallets with trading volumes exceeding $500,000, while AVAIL stakers are eligible for discounts.
