Common Issues

  1. "Why is my crypto withdrawal fee higher than expected?"
Withdrawal fees vary by blockchain network. Ethereum (ERC20) usually has higher network fees. To reduce costs, try using lower-fee networks like TRC20, BSC (BEP20), Arbitrum, or Solana if supported by your receiving wallet.
  1. "Why was I charged a fee for my card deposit?"
Credit and debit card purchases include a processing fee, typically between 0.8% and 3.5% depending on your card issuer and region. Bank transfer deposits are free. To avoid deposit fees, use bank transfer instead.
  1. "Why did my bank charge a fee if Phemex deposits are free?"
Phemex does not charge fees for incoming bank transfers. However, your bank may apply its own wire transfer or processing fees. These charges are determined by your bank, not by Phemex.

FAQ

Q: How are withdrawal fees calculated and deducted?

A: The network fee is charged once per withdrawal transaction, regardless of the withdrawal amount. The fee amount is based on the transaction (a more complex transaction means that more computational resources will be consumed), hence a higher fee will be charged.

Q: Where can I see the full fee schedule?

A: Visit phemex.com/fees-conditions for the complete list of withdrawal fees and trading fees for every supported coin and network.
