Phemex introduces the 'Internal Send' withdrawal method, enabling users to instantly transfer assets to other Phemex accounts with no withdrawal fee. For withdrawals to external exchanges or wallets, an on-chain withdrawal is required. For details, please refer to How to Submit An On-Chain Withdrawal.
1. First, please log in to Phemex, then tap on 'Assets,' followed by 'Withdraw'.
2. Please select or fill in the following parameters to submit your withdrawal request:
- Select recipient's account: Internal Send
- Coin: The type of coin you want to withdraw
- Recipient Account: Enter the recipient's email address or UID
- Amount: Enter the amount you want to withdraw, or click on All to make a full withdrawal
Notes:
- Before you enter the amount, read the fine print about the available balance, minimum transfer amount, daily limit remaining, and fees.
- You can add an email address or UID to your wallet address book by clicking on "Email Management" or "UID Management".
3. Enter the withdrawal amount and you will be able to see the minimum amount, available balance, and limit remaining today. Then click "withdraw" to proceed.
Notes:
- When you have crypto balances in multiple accounts, you can choose which accounts to withdraw from.
- Transferring your assets out from the contract account may cause the liquidation price of your position to change, affecting your ability to maintain open positions. Ensure you have an adequate risk management strategy in place before proceeding.
4. Click on “Withdraw” and Confirm your withdrawal details. You also need to verify the transaction, please enter the google authenticator code and email verification code to make a safety verification for keep your assets safe.
Notes: If the Emai/UID address you want to withdrawal is not in address management, You could select to save the address to the address management when you confirm the withdrawal information. Also you should input address notes of address.
5. when you have finished all withdrawal steps and submitted the withdrawal, if you change your mind, you can click "Cancel Withdrawal" to cancel this withdrawal. Please note the withdrawal can't be canceled when it has been sent to the blockchain.
6. You can check your internal send history on the Crypto Withdrawal page/Recent History or Assets/History Order/Withdraw History.
