1. First please login to Phemex, and then tap on Assets, followed by Withdraw.
2. Select the coin that you would like to withdraw. Ensure that you have selected the identical cryptocurrency on the platform where you are depositing funds for this withdrawal. The first coin you see is the coin that you have balance.
3. Select the recipient's account： “Address”, then select Network. Make sure the network you have selected is supported by the receiving platform.
Notes: Withdraw to another Phemex account, please refer to How Do I Make An Internal Send?
4. Select the withdrawal wallet address. You can either:
- Enter the wallet address directly in the Wallet Address field, or
- Select your chosen wallet address among your withdrawal addresses list, or
- Add a new withdrawal wallet address to your Phemex withdrawal wallet Address list.
Notes: When you select some crypto coin like XRP, LUNC, EOS, etc... most exchange requires a Tag/Memo for withch need a Tag/Memo, Please ensure that you have inputted the correct tag/memo for your withdrawal.
5. Enter the withdrawal amount and you will be able to see the minimum amount, withdrawal fee, available balance, and limit remaining today. Then click "withdraw" to proceed.
Notes:
- When you have crypto balances in multiple accounts, you can choose which accounts to withdraw from.
- Transferring your assets out from the contract account may cause the liquidation price of your position to change, affecting your ability to maintain open positions. Ensure you have an adequate risk management strategy in place before proceeding.
6. Confirm your withdrawal details and you need to verify the transaction, Please enter the Google authenticator code and email verification code to make a safety verification to keep your assets safe.
Notes: If the address you want to withdraw is not in address management, You could select to save the address to the address management when you confirm the withdrawal information. Also, you should input address notes of address.
7. when you have finished all withdrawal steps and submitted the withdrawal, if you change your mind you can click "Cancel Withdrawal" to cancel this withdrawal. Please note the withdrawal can't be canceled when it has been sent to the blockchain.
8. You can check your withdrawal history at the bottom of the withdrawal web page, or Assets/History Order/Withdraw History.
