1. Are there any withdrawal limits on the Phemex platform? 

Yes, there are. Your 24-hour withdrawal limit corresponds to your KYC level

2. How can I check which crypto can be withdrawn from Phemex and which coin withdrawals are suspended?

You can go to the withdrawal page and select coins and networks to see if the withdrawal of certain crypto/network is supported on Phemex

3. Why am I unable to see any withdrawable balance when I have funds in the Contract Account, Margin Trade Account, and Lending Account?

All withdrawals can only be made via your Spot Account. Please ensure the funds are transferred to the Spot account before making any withdrawal. For more information, please refer to How Do I Make A Withdrawal?

4. Is there a minimum amount for on-chain withdrawal? What is the withdrawal fee?

Yes, there is. Traders can see the minimum withdrawal amount and withdrawal fees stated on the withdrawal page

5. Do I need to pay a withdrawal fee for Internal Transfer?

No, there is no withdrawal fee charged for Internal Transfer. Please refer to How Do I Make An Internal Send? 

6. When does Phemex process withdrawal requests?

Different networks have different withdrawal times, for example, Bitcoin withdrawal may take up to 20 minutes to process. TRC20 withdrawal may take up to 1 minute to process. ERC20 withdrawal may take up to 10 minutes to process. 

Notes:

  • In the event of high network congestion, withdrawals may take a longer time to process.
  • In addition, to protect the safety of your funds, the withdrawal will be checked by our risk control system, if found suspicious, there will be a manual review time of about 10 minutes, please wait patiently!


7. Why is my account restricted from performing a withdrawal?

For account and asset security purposes, please be informed that the following actions will lead to withdrawal restrictions for 24 hours. Please note that actions considered as withdrawals include Crypto On-Chain Withdrawal, Internal Transfer, Fiat Withdrawal, or P2P Trading (sell).

(1) Changing or resetting your account password.

(2) Disabling or resetting Google Authenticator.

(3) Disable the New Address Withdrawal Lock function on your account.

(4) The account/withdrawal function is banned - please contact the customer service team at support@phemex.zendesk.com. Due to compliance reasons we kindly ask you to follow the instructions that will be provided by email.

(5) Minimum withdrawal limit: If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal limit, you won't be able to withdraw any funds.

8. How can I check my withdrawal status?

You can check your withdrawal status and details from Deposit & Withdraw History → Withdraw.  

9. What do the various statuses inside Withdrawal History symbolize?

a) Pending email confirmation: Click the “Confirm“ button in your email in 30 minutes. If you do not finish within 30 minutes, the withdrawal status will be expired.

b) Security Checking: Withdrawal will be checked by our risk control system, if found suspicious, a manual review time of about 10 minutes, please wait patiently!

c) Pending Review: Traders have successfully submitted their withdrawal request and are pending a withdrawal review. This status is usually updated in the next 15 minutes. If it is stuck for too long, please contact our live chat.

d) Pending Transfer: The withdrawal request has been successfully reviewed and is pending submission onto the blockchain.

e) Withdrawal Succeed: The withdrawal of assets is successful and complete.

f) Canceled: The withdrawal request has been canceled by the user.

g) Failed: The withdrawal request has been rejected due to various reasons. For more information, please contact our live chat.

10. How do I cancel my withdrawal?

You can check your withdrawal status and details from Deposit & Withdraw History → Withdraw.  If your withdrawal status shows as "Pending email confirmation" or "Pending Review", you could click the “Cancel” button to cancel this withdrawal.

If the status shows as 'Pending Transfer,' it means the system has already approved your withdrawal request.

11. Withdrawal pending for a long time?

If there's an ongoing node upgrade, it may take some time for your withdrawal to process. Contact the customer service team for more details if your withdrawal is pending.

12. Withdrawal is stuck in Security checking/Security check failed.

On Phemex, every crypto withdrawal undergoes a thorough security check process. 

If the status of your withdrawal is “Security Check Failed” OR stuck in "Security Checking" for more than 20 minutes, kindly reach out to support@phemex.zendesk.com from your registered account email. Our security team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

If you already have an open ticket with our security team, please avoid reaching out to our live chat for updates. Opening multiple tickets for the same issue or repeatedly contacting live chat can slow down the process. Rest assured, your case will be handled as quickly as possible, as security is a top priority at Phemex.

13. What are the assets frozen?

a) Any limit order for your spot trading.

b) Buying crypto with credit/debit card(EUR): Freeze for 72 hours.

c) P2P purchase: Freeze for 24 hours.

d) The account was banned, but the ban has been lifted: Freeze for 24 hours.

14. How can I get the TXID (Transaction Hash) of my withdrawal?

You can get the TXID from the Deposit & Withdraw History → Withdraw and click on the details to check your withdrawal address and TXID. 

15. I can see that the withdrawal status is successful, but why have I not received it in the recipient's wallet?

Please contact the customer support of the withdrawal wallet address provider or exchange, and provide them with the TXID of the respective withdrawal request.
