While the investment amount remains undisclosed, WooshPay is known for its extensive reach, operating under the regulation of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and Hong Kong Customs. The platform supports transactions in 170 countries and regions, handling 155 fiat currencies and major digital assets. This investment aims to integrate WooshPay's payment and settlement capabilities with Yunfeng's digital asset infrastructure, AlphaToken. The collaboration seeks to establish a comprehensive ecosystem that connects asset, client, infrastructure, and payment endpoints, facilitating asset tokenization and compliant settlement processes.
