GitHub is investigating degraded availability across multiple services, including API Requests, Issues, Pages and Pull Requests, after reporting disruptions at 09:16 UTC on September 13. A further update at 09:25 UTC said GitHub Actions was also experiencing performance degradation. GitHub said its team is still investigating and has not disclosed the cause or an estimated recovery time.
