Americans for Fair Markets (AFM), a new advocacy group supported by Kalshi, has been officially launched with former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Taylor Budowich as its strategic advisor. The organization aims to promote the development of prediction markets under federal regulation while opposing restrictions imposed by the sports betting and casino industries. AFM also supports banning markets related to war, terrorism, death, and assassination, and advocates for prohibiting insider trading.
