Strive (ASST) acquired 6,182 Bitcoin between October 17 and October 23 at an average price of approximately $82,732 per coin, totaling about $511 million. This purchase brings the company's total holdings to 43,000 BTC, up from 36,818 previously, according to an 8-K filing with the U.S. SEC.
Concurrently, Strive's cash and cash equivalents increased from $317.5 million to $504.4 million during the same period. The filing also noted that the number of SATS preferred shares outstanding rose from zero to 7 million, while Class A common stock increased by approximately 3.27 million shares.
