Qualcomm reported fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter revenue of $10.3 billion for the quarter ended September 27, down 8% year-on-year. Earnings per share came in at $2.17, both figures slightly exceeding analyst expectations of $10.1 billion and $2.16, respectively.
The company guided current-quarter revenue to a range of $10.4 billion to $11.2 billion, above consensus estimates of $10.55 billion. However, EPS guidance of $2.15 to $2.35 fell short at its midpoint versus the $2.32 analysts expected. Qualcomm cited rising component and manufacturing costs as headwinds, with handset business revenue declining 26% to $5.14 billion in the prior quarter. Shares dropped approximately 5% in after-hours trading following the earnings release.
