Solana has experienced a similar contraction in market depth, with liquidity within 2% of its price falling from approximately $28 million per side last year to around $20 million currently. This decline indicates SOL’s reduced capacity to handle larger buying or selling pressure during sharp market movements, even as both assets posted strong quarterly performance.
