Tether and Fasanara Capital have launched StableFund, a $400 million private credit fund targeting up to $3 billion in third-party institutional capital. The fund will provide short-term, asset-backed credit financing to small and medium-sized enterprises across more than 60 countries.
Tether will provide USDT settlement infrastructure and financing opportunities, while Fasanara Capital will act as investment manager. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said the initiative will use Tether’s financing network as a direct capital channel for businesses and communities.
