ProCap Financial, a Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury firm, announced the repurchase of approximately $135 million in convertible bonds today. Since December 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased about 2% of its outstanding common stock. Additionally, ProCap Financial disclosed its current holdings of approximately 5,007 Bitcoins and a cash balance of around $72 million. The firm also reported an outstanding convertible bond balance of about $100 million.
