ProCap Financial, a NASDAQ-listed Bitcoin treasury company, announced the repurchase of approximately $135 million in convertible bonds. Since December 2025, the company has also repurchased about 2% of its outstanding common shares. The company currently holds approximately 5,007 Bitcoin and maintains a cash balance of $72 million. ProCap's outstanding convertible bond size now stands at approximately $100 million.
