Luxembourg-based AI and computing infrastructure developer LIAN Group is considering an initial public offering targeting approximately $500 million in fundraising. Managing Partner Fiorenzo Manganiello confirmed the company has hired STJ Advisors to assist in selecting underwriters, with plans to list next year.
The final listing location between Europe and the US remains undetermined, and the issuance size is subject to change. Founded by Manganiello and Nessim-Sariel Gaon, LIAN’s portfolio includes the Israeli platform Anan and Norwegian data center platform PolarDC, which saw HIG Capital acquire a majority stake in 2024.
