The acquisition, completed for an undisclosed cash amount, was funded through GS Technologies' existing cash reserves. This strategic move aims to utilize Finferno's license to expand GS Technologies' digital asset operations in Poland and Central Europe, focusing on digital asset trading and wealth management services.
