Ant Group has finalized its acquisition of a 50.55% stake in Hong Kong's Bright Smart Securities for HKD 2.814 billion. Following the transaction, Bright Smart Securities' board has been restructured, with key appointments including Zheng Yanlan, head of Ant Wealth's overseas business preparation group, Huang Hao, senior vice president of Ant Group, and Liu Zheng, chief financial officer of Ant Group, as executive directors.
