Etherscan has launched a new "Historical Proxy" tab feature, enabling users to track the complete upgrade history of proxy contracts. This includes viewing previous implementation contract addresses and upgrade transaction records. The feature supports detection of upgrade events compliant with mainstream EIP standards. In addition to this, Etherscan has enhanced its proxy contract verification process, allowing for near-automatic identification. Users typically no longer need to manually confirm proxy status, with manual intervention required only in rare cases.
