Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has announced that EIP-8141 will complete the account abstraction upgrade, introducing the "Frame Transactions" mechanism. This upgrade will enable native protocol capabilities such as batch operations, gas fee delegation, and privacy payments. Buterin indicated that this upgrade could be implemented within a year through the Hegota fork.
