Enterprise AI company Clay completed a $115 million Series D funding round led by Wellington, with participation from Sequoia Capital, StepStone, Andreessen Horowitz, Perennial, Meritech, DST, CapitalG and others. The round raised Clay’s post-money valuation to $7.1 billion. Clay said its AI agents build real-time business and customer profiles using external data such as CRM systems, and automatically create and execute workflows based on enterprise goals. Anthropic, Google, OpenAI and Stripe are among companies already using its products.
