Polkadot holders are voting on dotUSD, a protocol-native stablecoin with no issuer. The proposal went on-chain Monday and is currently running 97.5% in favor. The stablecoin would be seeded with $2.5 million in USDT and $2.5 million in DOT. DOT rose 16.7% Tuesday and 42.5% over the week, marking the largest weekly gain among the top 50 cryptocurrencies.
