As the US midterm elections draw near, the cryptocurrency industry is increasingly channeling its political funds towards the Republican Party. The super PAC Fairshake has emerged as a significant player, investing tens of millions of dollars and achieving victories in several congressional races. Notably, Fairshake spent $6.5 million in the Texas primary to aid Christian Menefee, a crypto advocate, in defeating long-time Congressman Al Green. Additionally, the newly established super PAC "Fellowship," associated with Tether and Cantor Fitzgerald, has allocated approximately $11 million to back Republican candidates, including Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. The Gemini brothers' Digital Freedom Fund has also contributed $21 million to support Republican candidates and Trump's crypto initiatives. Meanwhile, the "Blockchain Leadership Fund" maintains its strategy of bipartisan support.
