Broadcom reported fiscal 2026 third-quarter revenue of $29.591 billion, up 86% year over year and above market expectations of $29.362 billion. Adjusted EPS rose 96% to $3.32, also beating analyst estimates of $3.23.
The company guided fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter revenue to $34.8 billion, below market expectations of $35.05 billion. During the earnings call, Broadcom raised its fiscal 2026 AI business revenue guidance to $58 billion from $56 billion, representing 186% year-over-year growth. The company said it has secured supply to double AI revenue to about $115 billion by 2027 and expects AI semiconductor revenue to double again in fiscal 2028 to $230 billion.
Broadcom also said it began mass production and delivery of the next-generation TPU 8I version to Google this quarter, with the CEO stating the new Google TPU performs on par with or better than Nvidia's Vera Rubin. Broadcom shares fell more than 6% in after-hours trading after the results before turning positive during the earnings call.
