YZi Labs has announced a $1 million seed round investment in TermiX, an AI Agent business protocol, in May 2025. TermiX is developing a commercial layer for the AI Agent economy, with its core protocol, AACP, enabling AI Agents to autonomously publish, bid, execute, verify, and settle tasks on-chain. The protocol integrates zkVM, TEE, on-chain escrow, staking, penalty mechanisms, and an on-chain reputation system to establish a trusted transaction infrastructure.
