Visa announced on November 5 the establishment of six global capability centers at its new solutions hub in Paya Lebar Green, Singapore. The centers will employ over 1,500 professionals focusing on applied AI, agentic commerce, digital currencies, stablecoins, programmable payments, cybersecurity, and quantum computing.
The initiative involves collaborations with key partners including DBS Bank, Nium, and StraitsX. Visa stated it plans to expand research, engineering, and innovation roles within these facilities.
