Cosmos liquid staking protocol Stride has proposed an orderly shutdown of its chain as operating funds near depletion. The protocol currently maintains a total value locked (TVL) of approximately $6 million and plans to migrate operations to Osmosis. Users can redeem stTokens normally until October 12, after which redemptions will be temporarily paused. Redemption functionality is expected to resume on Osmosis around November 20, with all existing stTokens remaining valid and not subject to expiration during the transition period.
