StablecoinX and its subsidiaries have signed a waiver with Ethena OpCo and the Ethena Foundation to permanently lift all lock-up, vesting, and unlock restrictions on its ENA holdings starting October 5, 2026. This action terminates the original 48-month contractual lock-up period for tokens acquired through a PIPE transaction, aligning the schedule with the previously announced unlock date for other ENA holders.
The company holds approximately 3.03 billion ENA, representing about 20% of the total supply. Despite the removal of vesting restrictions, the tokens will remain treasury assets, and any sale, transfer, or disposal requires prior written consent from the Ethena Foundation. For sales related to working capital or strategic needs, StablecoinX must provide at least five business days' written notice, during which the Foundation retains priority rights to purchase the tokens at the proposed price.
