Bitcoin treasury company ProCap Financial has been added to both the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes, with the inclusion taking effect at the opening of U.S. stock trading on September 21. The company is led by Anthony Pompliano and maintains a corporate treasury strategy centered on Bitcoin holdings. The index addition precedes a scheduled corporate rebranding. On September 22, ProCap Financial will change its name to Silvia, Inc., and begin trading under the new ticker symbol "SVIA."
