Nvidia has committed $2 billion to Brookfield Asset Management’s Global AI Infrastructure Fund, marking the first disclosure of the specific investment scale following their previously announced partnership. The Kuwait Investment Authority also serves as a cornerstone investor in the fund, which targets AI factories, behind-the-meter power solutions, and compute infrastructure.
Brookfield is currently raising $10 billion for this AI infrastructure fund and plans to secure approximately $50 billion for its broader infrastructure business over the next two years. The asset manager is also a member of Nvidia’s AI compute infrastructure financing alliance, which aims to mobilize more than $500 billion in third-party capital to support global AI development.
