Meta Platforms increased its equity financing plan to $97.5 billion, up from the previously announced $95 billion, to fund artificial intelligence investments. The company raised its common stock offering size to $25 billion from $22.5 billion as part of revised pricing arrangements announced Tuesday. The broader financing structure includes approximately $12.5 billion in Class A depositary shares and up to $60 billion through an at-the-market program, first outlined on Monday. Meta also granted underwriters an option to purchase an additional $5.5 billion in stock, potentially pushing total fundraising to approximately $103 billion.
