Hyperliquid has updated its testnet priority mechanism based on user feedback, modifying how different API actions affect transaction ordering. Under the new rules, noop and scheduleCancel actions no longer impact the priority of other actions, while all actions outside the exempted set—noop, scheduleCancel, cancel, cancelByCloid, order, modify, and batchModify—will lower the priority of subsequent actions until their submission is complete.
The platform also introduced a new cDeposit2 API action that mirrors the existing cDeposit functionality but adds support for agent signatures, enabling delegated signing capabilities for deposit operations.
