Full Sail said it will gradually shut down after its protocol was impacted by the Switchboard oracle security incident in the Sui ecosystem. The affected products include Virtue Money, which recorded an estimated loss of about $455,000, while 45 users were liquidated.
Full Sail said Switchboard issued an incident statement but, as of September 1, had not provided the technical details it requested or committed to compensation. Mysten Labs also declined Full Sail’s request for financial support. The protocol said remaining protocol-owned liquidity will be distributed with priority to users, and the team will cover the shortfall so community depositors are compensated first.
New deposits and LP reward claims have been disabled, vaults remain paused, and regular pools will shift to withdrawal-only mode after final security checks. Full Sail said withdrawal and claim guides will be released in the coming days, with a detailed incident report to follow.
