Ethena Pay has launched Earn+, a yield vault offering up to 12% target rewards through leveraged positions on Aave. The product targets approximately 11x leverage to amplify returns. The protocol cautioned that the advertised rate is not guaranteed and users risk losing some or all of their deposited allocation due to the high leverage involved.
