Coinbase has launched 23 crypto asset perpetual and dated futures contracts in Canada for eligible investors through Coinbase Financial Markets, its CFTC-regulated futures commission merchant. The lineup includes contracts tied to Bitcoin, ETH, SOL and other crypto assets, alongside five commodity futures covering gold, silver and crude oil, as well as COIN50 index futures.
The products support nano contracts and leverage of up to 10x, targeting institutional and sophisticated investors seeking hedging and directional trading with lower capital requirements. Coinbase is also offering a limited-time promotional fee rate of 0.02% per trade plus $0.11 per contract.
