AI agent security company Reco has raised $55 million in new funding with participation from AT&T's investment arm, Forestay, and Quadrille Capital. This latest round brings the company's total funding to $140 million, following a $30 million Series B completed in February.
Reco's platform utilizes a "context graph" to correlate enterprise AI agents, applications, accounts, and permissions, enabling security teams to identify unauthorized agents and restrict data access. The company currently serves over 100 customers with integrations across more than 280 applications, generating tens of millions in annual recurring revenue with financial services comprising approximately 40% of its business. Proceeds will support hiring, sales expansion, partnerships, and customer support.
