Aave has integrated Pendle Finance’s $AUSD principal token, maturing December 17, 2026, as collateral on the Monad network. The asset is now available for borrowing within Aave’s E-Mode, enabling higher capital efficiency for users leveraging this specific yield-bearing token.
Under the new risk parameters, borrowers can access loans up to 93% of the oracle value. The liquidation threshold is set at 95%, creating a narrow safety buffer for positions utilizing maximum leverage in E-Mode.
