Grayscale has submitted its third S-1 amendment for the Hyperliquid (HYPE) ETF to the SEC, according to Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart. The ETF, once approved, will trade under the ticker GHYP. Seyffart noted that the frequent updates to the filing suggest that the product's launch is imminent. It is anticipated that U.S. exchanges will soon host three competing HYPE ETFs.
