Mezo's Bitcoin finance chain, built by Thesis, held 1.139 billion MEZO tokens at the late-October close against the 1 billion that price trackers list. Our Mezo price prediction puts the 2026 base case at $0.00632-$0.00872 and the 2030 base case at $0.0164-$0.0501, measured from a $0.006322 close on CoinMarketCap.
The extra 138.5 million tokens arrived in 29 weekly mints between 9 April and late October 2026, and each one equals a row of Mezo's own published emissions schedule. If the chain keeps paying the schedule's weekly amounts, supply reaches 1.833 billion by the end of 2030, or 61% more tokens than at the close. Spread across that supply, the same total value works out to $0.003927 a token.

What Is Mezo (MEZO)?
Mezo is a Bitcoin finance chain where bitcoin holders borrow MUSD, its bitcoin-backed stablecoin, against their BTC and lock MEZO as veMEZO to lift what their locked bitcoin earns. MEZO is the chain's native token, and the people who built it are covered in our profile of Mezo co-founder Matt Luongo.
Where Is the MEZO Price After the Late-October Close?
MEZO closed late October 2026 at $0.006322 on CoinMarketCap, 56.57% above the previous day's close, and CoinGecko's series showed a 58.30% gain on the same day. That move was the second up-leg of a three-day run. The first day added 57.01% and the second gave back 6.64%, which left the close 129.49% above the record closing low of $0.002755 set in late October 2026.
MEZO's gain was more than nine times QNT's 6.13%, the best one-day move among the 137 Phemex perpetuals with a move that day, while BTC fell 0.92%.
CoinMarketCap's daily volume for MEZO climbed from $60,279 in mid-October 2026 to $5.344 million on the day of the close, by that tracker's count.
Mezo's blog, its mezod client releases and the chain's own mint record carry no dated cause for the jump. The blog's newest posts before the close date from mid-October 2026, the late-October client release says it makes no consensus changes, and the late-October mint was the scheduled one. Posts on Mezo's X and Discord accounts fall outside that record.
Is Mezo Legit?
Mezo, the Bitcoin finance chain that issues the MEZO token, is a working network whose public record holds up against its own documents. Its chain has produced blocks since a genesis on 5 May 2025, and its open-source mezod client shipped a release in late October 2026.
The project has also published incident reports on a July 2026 leak of user email addresses and an October 2026 exploit of its veBTC contract.
Legit and capped aren't the same question. The mezod code lets the minter create any positive amount of MEZO, and a 4-of-7 multisig wallet holding the chain's owner role decides who the minter is. A simulated change of minter from that multisig went through at the late-October close block, while the same call from two other addresses failed.
The schedule has no end date either, since Mezo's own plan settles into a 2% yearly tail after year eight. Votes on how those emissions flow follow the veToken model, where locked tokens carry the governance weight.
What Does MEZO's Price History Show?
Across its 208 CoinMarketCap closes to late October 2026, MEZO's record close is $0.1048 on 13 April 2026, the same day it printed an intraday high of $0.1415. CoinGecko's series puts that day's close at $0.0928 and its intraday peak at $0.1485, so the two feeds disagree on the top.
The launch-day close was $0.06765 on 1 April 2026, and the record came 12 days later at 16.57 times the late-October close, which sat 93.97% under it.
After the record, the two largest one-day jumps before late October came in April and July. A 50.11% one-day jump took MEZO to a $0.05005 close on 25 April 2026, with an intraday high of $0.05334. A 38.45% jump then lifted it to $0.01640 on 1 July 2026, its highest July close on CoinMarketCap and $0.01803 on CoinGecko.
From there the closes kept sliding through an August high close of $0.008714 on 1 August 2026 to a $0.002755 bottom in late October 2026, with CoinGecko at $0.002765. The late-October close was MEZO's highest on CoinMarketCap since 13 September 2026.
How Much MEZO Is There Really?
Mezo's chain held 1.139 billion MEZO at the late-October close, about 13.9% more than the 1 billion that CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko list as its total supply. Both trackers list 1 billion as the maximum supply as well.
The 29 weekly mints match Mezo's own emissions table to the token, but they started 73 days after the dates the table gives.
That table came with the Introducing MEZO post in January 2026 and dates its first week to 26 January 2026, while the chain's first mint landed on 9 April 2026. So the supply the chain reached by late October 2026 is the one the table dates to 17 August 2026.
Method: the chain reports its own MEZO total at any block, and the last block before the late-October close returned 1.139 billion. The chain's first block in May 2025 already carried exactly 1 billion, a total that held until the first mint. The 29 mint events since then add up to the 138.5 million difference.
Check: the late-October mint of 4.717 million MEZO equals both the jump in total supply across its block and the week 28 row of the table. The first mint of 4.808 million is exactly 250 million divided by 52, the 25% first-year rate the project published.
If the chain keeps the table's weekly amounts from its own start, supply reaches 1.185 billion by 31 December 2026. The late-October mint ran at a 21.63% yearly rate, matching the table, and Mezo's schedule halves the rate from 25% to 12.5% over the first two years.
Circulating supply depends on who counts. CoinMarketCap shows 85.99 million MEZO, a figure unchanged since 4 June 2026. Its self-reported field, CoinGecko and Mezo's 24 April 2026 emissions post all give 500 million. Both figures sit far under the chain's total, and the gap between circulating supply and total supply is where dilution comes from.
The veMEZO contract held 280.6 million MEZO at the close block, 24.64% of supply, with 34.73 million of it in locks the contract marks as permanent.
MEZO Technical Analysis
Support
The record closing low of $0.002755 on CoinMarketCap, set in late October 2026, is the floor this forecast uses. The 50-day average at $0.004339 is the nearer cushion, with the close 45.71% above it.
Resistance
The 1 August 2026 high close of $0.008714 is the first ceiling, 37.82% above the late-October close. Higher up, the 1 July 2026 close of $0.01640 and the 200-day average at $0.01741 form one band of resistance about 6% wide.
The Moving Averages
The 200-day average stood at $0.01741 at the late-October close, and the close sat 63.69% under it. The 50-day ran 75.08% below the 200-day. MEZO's 208 closes give both averages for the last nine closes only, and no cross printed in those nine.
RSI and MACD
MEZO's 14-day RSI reached 75.85 on the late-October close, up from 19.98 at the late-October low, so MEZO went from oversold to overbought in three closes. The MACD histogram turned positive in mid-October 2026 and stood at +0.000344 at the late-October close, while the MACD line stayed under zero.
Mezo Price Prediction 2026
About two months of 2026 remain after the late-October close, so every range in this Mezo token price prediction stays between levels MEZO has printed on CoinMarketCap.

|
The bear runs from the late-October closing low to the close, and the base from the close to the 1 August 2026 high close. The bull starts at that August close and stops at the 1 July 2026 high close.
The base gets the most weight, because the 50-day average lies under it and the August close caps it.
Mezo Price Prediction 2027
The bear stays at $0.00275-$0.00633, from the closing low to the close. The base widens to $0.00632-$0.0165, from the close to the July high close. The bull runs $0.0164-$0.0501, from that July close to the 25 April 2026 close.
A Mezo coin price prediction for 2027 also has to absorb the first team and investor unlocks. Mezo's January 2026 post gives both groups a one-year cliff from the token generation event, then 24 months of monthly unlocks.
CoinMarketCap's series opens on 1 April 2026, which points that cliff to around April 2027 if the event was the launch. A cliff vesting schedule releases nothing until its date and then a block at once.
Mezo Price Prediction 2028
The bear widens to $0.00275-$0.0175, from the closing low up to the 200-day average. The base is $0.0174-$0.0501, from the 200-day to the 25 April 2026 close. The bull is $0.0500-$0.0534, from that April close to its own intraday high.
The $0.1048 record close doesn't enter any range. It came from launch-period trading, and MEZO has completed no market cycle since, so no range in this forecast goes above the late-April rebound's intraday high. By 2028 a Mezo crypto price prediction rests more on emissions than on the chart.
Mezo Price Prediction 2030
For 2030 the base case is $0.0164-$0.0501, from the July high close to the 25 April close, the same band the table gives 2029. The bear runs from $0.00275 to $0.00633 and the bull from $0.0500 to $0.0534.
Every figure assumes buyers absorb a supply that keeps growing through 2030, and dilution alone can take MEZO under any printed level in this forecast. The table gives each year, 2029 included.

What Could Drive MEZO Higher or Lower?
-
The weekly mint. On the table's amounts the next weekly mint, due in late October 2026, is 4.711 million MEZO. Each amount after it shrinks a little.
-
The 2027 cliff. The first team and investor tokens leave their one-year cliff around April 2027.
-
The rebase. Mezo pays veMEZO lockers a rebase of up to 50% of each week's emissions when few tokens are locked, which rewards holders for keeping MEZO off the market.
-
The BTC fee flow. MEZO's tokenomics model sends chain fees to veBTC holders in BTC, so demand for MEZO depends on lockers wanting its boost of up to 5x.
What Are the Risks of Investing in Mezo?
A Multisig Over Every veMEZO Lock
veMEZO's contract sits behind an upgradeable proxy whose admin answers to the same 4-of-7 multisig that picks the minter. A simulated upgrade from that multisig went through at the close block, so the tokens are locked in a contract the multisig can upgrade.
189 Million MEZO With No Lock on the Chain
Mezo's January 2026 table sizes its investors-and-partners bucket at 300 million MEZO under a one-year cliff, and the genesis held one balance of exactly that size. After two earlier hops, 198.75 million MEZO from that balance moved in April 2026 to one wallet and then on to 57 ordinary wallets.
They held 189.0 million MEZO at the close block, 16.60% of supply. A simulated transfer of the full balance went through for all 56 that still held MEZO, so the chain shows no lock on them.
Is Mezo a Good Investment?
On the record to late October 2026, MEZO is a high-dilution token in a long slide, and the supply is the weak point of the case. A long hold needs two things a reader can check. One is the price staying above its 50-day average through the weekly mints, and the other is the 2027 cliff passing without a break of the late-October closing low.
Until both hold, the late-October jump reads as a short-term trade on a token whose supply grows every week.
How to Get Exposure to Mezo
-
If you hold bitcoin, you can bring BTC onto the Mezo chain through its bridge and lock it as veBTC on Mezo Earn, which pays a share of bridge fees in BTC.
-
MEZO itself can be locked as veMEZO to boost a paired veBTC position up to 5x, with weekly rebases on top.
-
Phemex has no MEZO perpetual or order-book spot pair, and its crypto futures cover the wider market, BTC included.
-
Futures use leverage, and a leveraged position is closed automatically if losses reach its margin.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Mezo price prediction for 2026?
MEZO's 2026 base case is $0.00632-$0.00872, from the late-October 2026 close to the 1 August 2026 high close on CoinMarketCap. The bear range is $0.00275-$0.00633 and the bull range is $0.00871-$0.0165.
What is the Mezo price prediction for 2030?
MEZO's 2030 base case runs from $0.0164 to $0.0501, the 1 July 2026 high close to the 25 April 2026 close. The bull range stops at $0.0534, that April day's intraday high on CoinMarketCap, because MEZO has no completed cycle to project past it.
Is Mezo bullish or bearish?
MEZO's longer trend is bearish, with its late-October 2026 close 63.69% under the 200-day average on CoinMarketCap and the 50-day far below the 200-day. The short-term picture turned in late October, with the RSI above 75.
Can Mezo reach its all-time high again?
Getting back to the $0.1048 record close of 13 April 2026 would take a 16.57-fold rise from the late-October 2026 close on CoinMarketCap. That target sits above every range in this forecast, whose ceiling is $0.0534.
Is Mezo crypto a good investment?
MEZO jumped 129.49% in three days to its late-October 2026 close, but its supply grows every week and a 4-of-7 multisig can change who mints it. A hold depends on the price absorbing those weekly mints and the 2027 team and investor cliff.
How to get Mezo BTC?
On Mezo, BTC is the asset the chain is built around. Holders bring bitcoin onto the Mezo chain through its bridge, then lock it as veBTC on Mezo Earn to earn a share of bridge fees in BTC, and voting on gauges adds swap fees and MUSD revenue.
Bottom Line
MEZO's chart and its supply table point in different directions. The chart shows a late-October rebound off a record low, and the table shows about 4.7 million new tokens every week for the rest of 2026, with the rate falling slowly after that.
The trackers still count 1 billion MEZO, and if you price the token off that number, you're pricing a supply the chain left behind on 9 April 2026. The $0.002755 closing low from late October is the level a position has to hold.
