Established in September 2024, T3 FCU was tasked with tracking and freezing USDT on the TRON blockchain linked to criminal activity. By May 2026, the unit had announced cumulative freezes exceeding $450 million in illicit assets across 23 jurisdictions spanning five continents in partnership with law enforcement agencies.
