Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) announced plans to launch a US-regulated perpetual futures venue for cryptocurrency and stock trading on the HyperliquidX platform. ICE is taking a minority stake in TradeXYZ, which would operate the proposed 24/7 trading venue.
The launch remains subject to regulatory approvals, marking a significant step toward bringing institutional-grade perpetual futures products into the regulated US market through decentralized infrastructure.
